How long does it take to clean my oven?
Cleaning time depends on the size of oven, how much use it gets and when it was last cleaned. When you call to make an enquiry or to book an appointment we will give you an estimated time of how long the appointment might be.
Do you work on weekends and evenings?
Yes we are completely flexible with working hours.
Are your prices fixed?
No we can be flexible as we are completely independent. If your oven needs less work than others or we visit you regularly, we can negotiate lower prices. This can be agreed before work commences on the day.
Can you really get my oven to look like the photos on your website?
Yes – all the pictures on our website are genuine and not altered in any way.
Are you part of a franchise?
No we are a completely independent, family business. This keeps our prices competitive and we therefore take pride in our work.
Do you replace oven and extractor lamps?
Yes our technicians keep a supply of lamps in the van.
Can you do oven repairs?
Yes we can do most repairs needed. You will need to call and discuss this with a technician as we may need to order parts.
Are you insured?
Yes we are fully insured should something go wrong.
What does CRB stand for?
The Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) is now called the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) CRB checks are now called DBS checks. All our employees are checked for any criminal convictions and will have a clear record for your added peace of mind, a copy of the record is available on request.
